Our Black Friday Sale, which is our only yearly sale, ends midnight on Monday the 27th Novemember 2023.

If you have signed up for early access, you will receive an SMS message with a password at 7pm GMT (one hour prior to general launch) that will allow you to enter the site.

Our website will be closed from 4pm on the 23rd November, and will reopen at 8pm when our sale goes live. If you have signed up for early access, you will be text a code at 7pm with a password to enter the site. When the site is down, your basket may be emptied, please use our wish-list feature to save products and easily add them to your cart.

Due to the expected high influx of orders over this period, order dispatch may be delayed longer than our usual times. Please be assured our team will be doing everything they can over this period, all orders will be dispatched by the end 1st December. 

If you have selected gift wrap for your order, please allow extra time for dispatch.

Due to the speed of our warehouse team, we have a very small window in which changes can be made to an order. If you enter the wrong size or details when placing your order, please email our customer service team as urgently as possible to have a chance of the issue being resolved.

Please include ORDER CHANGE in the subject line. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to orders after they have been placed and can not be held liable for any incorrectly added address.

Any promotional codes from AD or any third party will not be eligible for additional discount on sale items over this period. Please note, free shipping codes will also be disabled during this period. 

Adding products to your basket does not reserve any items - only checking out can guarantee this! We recommend building and saving your WISH LIST before the event ready to shop when SALE goes LIVE.

Please note, all baskets will be emptied during website closure for event preparation.

Orders placed during November and December will have until the 12th of January 2024, or the usual 28 days (whichever is longer) from date of receipt to return the items to us for a refund or exchange.
