Good cup, fragile lid

Kept my coffee warm for several hours. Unfortunately the lid for hot content isn't durable. The flip able cover on the lid snaped off after tipping over on my counter (despite it being closed). Massive shame as it is no longer usable for hot drinks. It was a Christmas present and I have only used it twice and have washed it by hand, so it is unlikely that it's just worn out.

Hi Zoe, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our Black Travel Mug. We're glad to hear that it kept your coffee warm for several hours. However, we're sorry to hear that the lid for hot drinks wasn't as durable as expected and snapped off after tipping over. We take quality very seriously and will be sure to pass this along to our team for further improvement. In the meantime, please reach out to our customer service team and we would be happy to help find a solution for you. Thank you for your support and we hope to make it right. AD x
