How do I place an order?

Which payment methods are accepted at AD?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and AMEX. We also now accept Klarna, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal
How do I subscribe to the mailing list- how do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
To subscribe: Please go to the homepage of our website and scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your email address to join TEAM AD and be the first to receive exclusive information about the latest collections, launches, events and sales.
To unsubscribe: Please scroll down to the bottom of the email you have received from TEAM AD and click the unsubcribe button, this will then remove you from our mailing list.
How do I enter a gift card or discount code?
If you would like to use a gift card or discount code against your order please proceed to checkout and enter the code in the box. If your discount code is valid it will automatically deduct from the items in your cart.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic despatch confirmation email. This email will include a link to the tracking for your delivery. Please use this link to follow the progress of your delivery.
How do I return an item for an exchange?
Please see our page on returns and exchanges for more information on how to return your items.
How do I cancel/change my order?
If you would like to change or cancel you order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and they will let you know if there is anything they can do.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived, please firstly check your tracking link which can be found in your despatch email for any further information from the delivery provider.
Please also contact our customer services team and they will be able to help you.
Do you have any size charts?
Each of our products have individual size charts available to view under the description. Please also see our international size guide for international size conversions.
Do you have any external stockist/retailers?
Currently, we do not have, or looking for, any UK stockists, but if you would like us to keep your company details on file for future reference, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are however, currently in the process of organising a few select International stockists.

Is AD looking for sponsored riders?
We are not currently looking for any sponsored riders or any promotional collaborations at the moment. However, if you would like to email us we will be happy to keep a record of your details for future possibilities.
Are there any job vacancies?
Currently, we do not ,have any job vacancies but if you would like to register your interest on Indeed you will be the first to know about any upcoming roles we may have in the future.
