Aztec Diamond Brand Ambassador Program – Terms & Conditions (2026)

By taking part in this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions together with any specific instructions and terms for the competition which may be mentioned in any of our social media posts, electronic messages, on the Aztec Diamond website (www.aztecdiamond.com), or communicated to you in any other way.

1. THE COMPETITION

1.1 The Promoter is Aztec Diamond Equestrian (UK) Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

1.2 The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

1.3 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By participating, you agree to a complete release of any such social media platform from any claims arising out of or in connection with this competition.

1.4 Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. We reserve the right to verify entries and enforce this rule by monitoring participant activity, cross-checking social media submissions, and reviewing account details.

1.5 Your social media account must be public for you to be eligible to enter this competition.

1.6 The 2026 Brand Ambassador search runs until 12th February 2026. Successful applicants will be announced by 18th February 2026.

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1 To enter the competition, you must:

2.1.1 Post high-quality equestrian-related content on Instagram or TikTok, tagging @AztecDiamond and using the designated campaign hashtag(s) as communicated by Aztec Diamond during the search period.

2.1.2 Types of content we are looking for include, but are not limited to, riding videos, product reviews, 'Get Ready With Me' posts, vlogs, and creative ways you showcase Aztec Diamond products as part of your equestrian lifestyle.

2.1.3 Entries must remain live on your chosen social media platform for the duration of the ambassador search period.

2.2 Entries that are early, late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any reason will not be accepted.

2.3 Your posts must be your original work and must not infringe on the rights of third parties, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal, or proprietary rights.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

3.2 We will also consider entrants aged between 10 years and 17 years, provided that:

3.2.1 The entrant’s social media account is public.

3.2.2 The account is managed, supervised, or actively monitored by a parent or legal guardian;

3.2.3 A parent or legal guardian is responsible for overseeing content creation, approving all content prior to posting, and ensuring brand guidelines and ambassador expectations are met; and

3.2.4 A parent or legal guardian agrees to sign any required documentation on behalf of the entrant, including ambassador agreements and content usage permissions.

3.3 Employees of Aztec Diamond Equestrian (UK) Ltd (and their immediate family) or anyone directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3.4 Geographical Restrictions:
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, and Europe only. Entrants must reside within countries eligible to receive deliveries from us. If you reside in a country where we cannot deliver, you are ineligible to participate.

3.5 We reserve all rights to disqualify entrants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or who breach these terms and conditions.

4. PRIZES

4.1 Selected entrants will be invited to join the Aztec Diamond Brand Ambassador Program for the 2026 season. Each successful ambassador will receive:

4.1.1 A full Aztec Diamond competition look; and

4.1.2 PR packages featuring new and unreleased product launches during the ambassador term.

4.2 Winners will not receive financial compensation, event invitations, appearance fees, or travel and accommodation support unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

4.3 The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. HOW AMBASSADORS ARE SELECTED

5.1 A panel of Aztec Diamond representatives will review entries and select ambassadors based on:

5.1.1 Creativity and originality;

5.1.2 Quality, consistency, and engagement of content;

5.1.3 Alignment with the Aztec Diamond brand values and aesthetic.

5.2 Shortlisted participants will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or TikTok. We will make up to two (2) reasonable attempts to contact shortlisted entrants. If no response is received within 48 hours of the final attempt, the entrant may forfeit their place and a replacement may be selected.

5.3 Successful ambassadors will be announced on Aztec Diamond’s social media platforms and/or website by 18 February 2026.

6. CONTENT USAGE & PUBLICITY

6.1 By entering, you grant Aztec Diamond a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your submitted content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all media.

6.2 Winners and ambassadors may be contacted for additional promotional opportunities, including social media features, campaigns, and collaborations.

6.3 If you object to your name or content being publicly announced or shared, please contact us in writing. We may still be required to disclose limited information to regulatory authorities if requested.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Aztec Diamond Equestrian (UK) Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from participation in the competition or ambassador program, except where caused by our negligence.

7.2 We reserve the right to withdraw an ambassador role or associated benefits if an ambassador breaches these terms, brand guidelines, or acts in a manner that may bring the brand into disrepute.

8. GENERAL

8.1 We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or ambassador program at any time where necessary, including but not limited to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, insufficient participation, legal or regulatory issues, or technical failures.

8.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
