We use analytics tools, Facebook Pixel and Google Ads Conversion Tracking on our Site. These tools automatically collect information about you when you click on one of our ads displayed on Facebook, alongside a Google search, or on other participating ad networks. This is called a “conversion”.

Information we receive from other sources

We use Facebook Pixel and Google Ads Conversion Tracking to track conversions to our Site from ads displayed on Facebook, alongside a Google search, or on other participating ad networks. We use this information to direct our adverts to you, to personalise adverts to your interests (such as products you have recently searched for), and to measure the results of our ads.

You can opt out of ad personalisation from Google and other participating ad networks at youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices. You can change your advert preferences from Facebook via Facebook's ad settings.

Disclosure of your information to third parties

Our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and application, on secure servers behind a firewall. You may also wish to read Shopify’s Terms of Service or Privacy Statement.

We may share your personal information with:

Klaviyo, to manage our email marketing lists and send marketing emails to you. You can read Klaviyo's privacy policy here; and
Delivery partners (DHL, DPD, Royal Mail), for parcel delivery.

We may share your personal information with our business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to enable us to carry out any contract we enter into with you.

Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect of the information we are required to provide them for your purchase-related transactions. Once you leave our Site or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Terms and Conditions. Data we collect from you is transferred to, and stored through, Shopify's data storage, databases and application at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). In addition, your data may be transferred outside the EEA to Klaviyo.

Where personal data is transferred to and stored in a country not determined by the European Commission as providing adequate levels of protection for personal data, we take steps to provide appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data. Any payment transactions are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Where we have given you (or you have chosen) a password enabling you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Facebook Pixel	Tracks conversions from Facebook ads to our website; creates custom audiences to re-market to visitors.

Klaviyo	Tracks conversions and collects email addresses where customers have opted in.
