Aztec Diamond Brand Ambassador Program - Terms & Conditions 

By taking part in this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions together with any specific instructions and terms for the competition which may be mentioned in any of our social media posts, electronic messages, on the Aztec Diamond website (www.aztecdiamond.com), or communicated to you in any other way. 

1. THE COMPETITION 

1.1 The Promoter is Aztec Diamond Equestrian (UK) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). 

1.2 The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. 

1.3 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By participating, you agree to a complete release of any such social media platform from any claims arising out of or in connection with this competition. 

1.4 Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. We reserve the right to verify entries and enforce this rule by monitoring participant activity and cross-checking social media submissions.  

1.5 Your social media account must be public for you to be eligible to enter this competition. 

1.6 The competition runs from 09 February 2025 to 10 March 2025. Successful applicants will be announced shortly thereafter.  

2. HOW TO ENTER 

2.1 To enter the competition, you must: 

2.1.1 Post high-quality equestrian-related content on Instagram or TikTok, tagging @AztecDiamond and using the hashtag #TeamAD between 9th February 2025 and 2nd March 2025. 

2.1.2 Types of content we are looking for include riding videos, product reviews, 'Get Ready With Me' posts, vlogs, and creative ways you showcase Aztec Diamond products in your equestrian lifestyle. 

2.1.3 Entries must remain live on your chosen social media platform for the duration of the competition. 

2.2 Entries that are early, late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any reason will not be accepted. 

2.3 Your posts must be your original work and must not infringe on the rights of third parties, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal, or proprietary rights. 

3. ELIGIBILITY 

3.1 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to participate in the competition. 

3.2 Employees of Aztec Diamond Equestrian (UK) Ltd (and their immediate family) or anyone directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter. 

3.3 Geographical Restrictions:

  • The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, and Europe.
  • Entrants must reside within countries eligible to receive deliveries from us. If you reside in a country where we cannot deliver, you are ineligible to participate.

3.4 We reserve all rights to disqualify entrants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or who breach these terms and conditions. 

4. PRIZES 

4.1 Three winners will be selected to become Aztec Diamond Equestrian Ambassadors for the 2025 show season. Each winner will receive: 

4.1.1 A full Aztec Diamond competition look. 

4.1.2 Two PR boxes, featuring new product launches for 2025. 

4.2 Winners will not receive additional financial compensation, sponsorship, event invitations, or travel support. 

4.3 The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash or other alternatives. 

5. HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED 

5.1 A panel of Aztec Diamond representatives will shortlist entries based on: 

5.1.1 Creativity and originality in content. 

5.1.2 Quality and engagement with posts. 

5.1.3 Genuine representation of the Aztec Diamond brand and values. 

5.2 Shortlisted participants will be notified via direct message on Instagram or TikTok by 12 March 2025. If a shortlisted participant does not respond within 48 hours, their entry will be forfeited, and another participant will be selected. 

5.3 Final winners will be selected and announced on Aztec Diamond’s social media platforms and website shortly after 10 March 2025. 

6. CONTENT USAGE & PUBLICITY 

6.1 By entering, you grant Aztec Diamond a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your submitted content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all media. 

6.2 Winners may be contacted for additional promotional opportunities, including social media features and content collaborations. 

6.3 If you object to your name being announced as a winner, please contact us in writing. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities if requested. 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

7.1 Aztec Diamond Equestrian is not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from participation in the competition, except where caused by our negligence. 

7.2 We reserve the right to withdraw the prize if a winner breaches any terms or is found to have engaged in fraudulent behaviour. 

8. GENERAL 

8.1 We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where necessary, including but not limited to circumstances beyond our control, insufficient participation, or technical failures. 

8.2 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
