Can I change or cancel an order?
Please let us know immediately if you need to change or cancel your order, there is a very small window to do this, so we recommend calling our offices rather than emailing us to get this actioned quickly. We will do everything we can to make sure you get the items you would like. Please double check the items in your bag and details are correct before going to the checkout.
How do I return my order for a refund/exchange?

Do you cover the cost for returning an item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a prepaid returns service. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of sending the exchange to you to avoid our customers paying delivery twice. You can also exchange an item for a different product if you would like to.
Will I be charged taxes and duties when purchasing products from the EU?
We currently ship into the EU using DDU services (Delivery Duties Unpaid) also known as DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that the buyer/receiver is responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, handling/customs clearance fees. Please bear this in mind as the shipping costs noted below do not include any of these additional fees and they will need to be paid in order to release your items for delivery. Payment of VAT (local rate) is required regardless of the value of the goods ordered. However, if your order is in excess of €150 then the additional fees will include both VAT and custom duties.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused any of our customers. We are currently working on alternative solutions to ship orders into the EU.
It is up to the customer to research the VAT and taxes and duties in their country before placing their order.

A product I would like to purchase is currently out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
We have several different restock dates depending on which product you are interested in. We have experienced a few delays with our shipments due to COVID-19 – the best way to be notified about a restock, is to sign up to our restock notifications on the product page.
How do I become a retailer for Aztec Diamond Equestrian?
