BLACK FRIDAY
When does the sale start?
Our Black Friday sale starts at 8PM GMT on 28/11/24 with the chance to shop one hour earlier at 7PM GMT to those who signed up for early access.
Please note to prepare for the sale our website will close between the hours of 4PM - 7PM GMT
The sale will end at Midnight on 02/12/24
Can I use gift cards and discount codes?
During the sale gift cards will be eligible to use as normal against orders.
If you would like to use a gift card against your order please proceed to checkout and enter the code in the box. If your discount code is valid it will automatically deduct from the items in your cart.
Any promotional codes from AD or any third party will not be eligible for additional discount.
Please note, free shipping codes will also be disabled during this period. We would like to thank all of our customers in advance for their patience.
Can I change my order or address?
Once you have checked out and your order is being processed, unfortunately we are unable to make adjustments or add items.
Please make sure that all addresses and selected sizes are entered correctly before completing your order.
Once your order has been completed these details cannot be changed.
During this busy period customer service replies may be delayed.
How soon will I get my order?
Due to high order influx and expected demand, order dispatch may be delayed during Black Friday.
We appreciate your patience during this busy time.
Will adding items to my cart save them to shop later?
Adding products to your cart or basket does NOT reserve any items - only checking out can guarantee this.
We recommend building and saving your wish list before the event ready to shop when sale goes live.
Please note, all baskets will be emptied during website closure for event preparation.
Can I return items bought during the sale?
Unless otherwise stated as being non-returnable, all items bought during the sale are eligible for return as normal.
Extented returns are accepted until 13/01/25.

How do I enter a gift card or discount code?
If you would like to use a gift card or discount code against your order please proceed to checkout and enter the code in the box. If your discount code is valid it will automatically deduct from the items in your cart.

Do you have any size charts?
Each of our products have individual size charts available to view under the description. Please check each product individually.
Is AD looking for sponsored riders?
We are not currently looking for any sponsored riders or any promotional collaborations at the moment. However, if you would like to email us we will be happy to keep a record of your details for future possibilities.
Are there any job vacancies?
Any job vacancies will be posted on Indeed, please sign up for notifications on the site if you are interested in joining our team. You will be the first to know about any upcoming roles we may have in the future.

How do I subscribe to the mailing list?
To subscribe: Please go to the homepage of our website and scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your email address to join TEAM AD and be the first to receive exclusive information about the latest collections, launches, events and sales.
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
To unsubscribe: Please scroll down to the bottom of the email you have received from TEAM AD and click the unsubcribe button, this will then remove you from our mailing list.

Order help
Tax and duty charges
Please be aware that all orders with delivery outside of the UK will be subject Tax and Duty charges. To find out how much these charges would be, you will need to contact your local tax office as the charges vary from country to country. Tax & Duty charges are completely out of our control. It is the customers responsibility to pay for these charges. An order cannot be cancelled or 'returned to sender' unless these charges have been cleared. Delay or refusal when paying for these charges, will result in your shipment being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms and conditions.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, please refer to our size guides. They’re located in the collapsable tabs under the product, on each product page.

Which payment methods are accepted at AD?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and AMEX. We also now accept Klarna, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived, please firstly check your tracking link which can be found in your despatch email for any further information from the delivery provider.

How do I cancel/change my order?
If you would like to change or cancel you order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible the team will to their best to accommodate. Please be aware once an order has been placed we can not guarentee the warehouse will not have already packed your items.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic despatch confirmation email. This email will include a link to the tracking for your delivery. Please use this link to follow the progress of your delivery. We do aim to have all orders dispatched the next working day, we don't ship Saturday/Sunday.

Shipping
Please note all shipping times online are a guide and not a promise, We aim to have all order delivered to you as soon as possible. Aztec Diamond can not be held responsible for custom delays. Delays can also be caused by Holidays, peak times such as Black Friday or new product launches, we will always do our best to inform customers of any known delays.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We do aim to have orders dispatched within 1-2 working days. During Bank Holiday's, peak times such as Black Friday, and new product launches, there may be delays in processing and shipping orders. Additionally, if a local weather warning is in effect, please expect further delays.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply at checkout.
